About the Trainers
Gavin Davey and Karyn Janelle Davis, two people with very different ways of delivering the same message bring a depth of knowledge to the room that will inspire learning, delight the senses, entertain with stories and real examples and loads of fun in the delivery, this is how learning works best. When it comes to imparting knowledge and making vast changes in the way people operate Gavin and Karyn will share from their joint 40 years of knowledge and experience with working with a broad range of people, from sporting, business, social services, families and cultural/spiritual exploration. Some of their offerings will be pulled from Human Behavioural Quantum Sciences, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Multiple Brain Integration Techniques, martial arts and healing therapies and actual examples from the 1000’s of people that they have both worked with over the years.

Day 2 – Where Change Happens When you engage in the change process knowing about yourself helps you know about others. You can use your mind, body and emotions to help you. Within this day you explore emotions and their influence on your 7 life areas. You also explore how to elicit useful emotions or what we call states, when communicating with people. Learn how to build images and the fundamentals of what helps people to move forward to make changes that they have not been able to make before. With the foundations of change in place you can set a strategy forward. What your team will learn:

Professional Development Coaching Plus Evaluation – (Optional)
Forward Focus Solutions could also provide a monitoring and evaluation reporting program as an addition to the 3 days training. This would function like this:
1. Initial interview and assessment of skills within each participant who will be attending 3 days
2. Attendance of 3 day training
3. Follow up individual coaching session with each participant
4. In room evaluation of training per participant
5. Self – Assessment of integration of skills from each participant
