Alternative Education

The Forward Focus team is now of the view, that the way forward for our Social System is in education. Our teams research shows, the higher someone's education the less likely they or their children will enter the Justice and Social System.  As Specialists in training and educating personal development, in Youth Prisons, Social Service and Youth Justice, Forward Focus is now bringing its expertise to Alternative Education.

The reason for this, is simple.
  1. Educated and empowered youth get educated and empowered results in life. 
  2. Uneducated and un-empowered youth struggle to get employment, leading to unemployment, which often leads to anti-social and criminal behaviours. 
  3. If behaviours are not curbed each high risk youth will cost our Country    $6,OOO,OOO by the time they turn 40.
  4. Youth in Alternative Education often have not yet formed hardened anti-social beliefs, making the carving of behaviours far easier and far more sustainable.  
  5. Educating youth in the prisons is reactive education. Meaning because the youth have hit rock bottom as all interventions from the Social Service and Justice System Sectors have failed, The Department of Corrections contract in highly trained experts to help change the youth behaviours. The Forward Focus Team believe it would be proactive eduction to put the ambulance at the top of the hill by placing their expertise in Alternative Eduction centres. By doing this it will save lives, and hundreds of millions of dollars. Already Forward Focus Team members, who have entered the Alternative Education system are getting their expected extraordinary results.
  6. Often these youth come from some of the most serious hardship back grounds and families. After what they have experienced and been thrown in their lives, they simply deserve the best education and coaching in personal development.
  7. The youth are in school for 6 hours a day, 5 days a week. this makes it the ultimate opportunity to influence their behavioural change, due to the large amount of contact time. This is more contact time, than even their own parents have with them.
  8. You never get board with the youth in Alternative Education. They are often full of character and are lots of fun to spend time with.

The Forward Focus Team believe that Alternative Education is the place to use resources, to start dissolving our Countries growing anti-social behaviour and crime rates.
